Town Manager Hazen Blodgett strutted his latest fall fashionware at the Town of Matthews employee appreciation lunch held last week at the Public Works Department on Tank Town Road. He made good on a challenge to all town departments that he would wear a dress if the United Way fundraiser brought in 100% participation. The Parks and Recreation Department were winners.
